Weekly tariffs include:
Electricity, water and gas consumption, bed sheets and towels, outside shower.
Outdoor parking 300 MT.
Private Beach equipped with beach umbrellas, deck loungers and deckchaird.
Swimming pool
Weekly tariffs do not include:
Residence’s internal garage.
Sanitation: € 20,00 per apartment
Garage weekly prices: € 70,00/week.
Weekly cleaning service: Studio € 44,00; Apartment € 60,00; Villa € 83,00.
Tourist tax: € 1,00 per day (June-September) – € 1,5 per day (July-August) – MAX 7 days (under 12y not included).
Animals: small pets are welcome, with an extra of € 100,00
Arrivals/Departures: Saturday.
Cautionary Deposit of € 100,00 to settle (cash payment) upon arrival for any damage or misuse in the apartment and refundable at the end of the stay.
Arrivals: apartments will be available for delivery from 5.00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Departures: apartments’ keys must be returned within and not after 10 am.
General Terms and Conditions of Payment
The booking will be confirmed previous to telephone or written agreement, with the deposit within 7 days from the date of request, equal to 30% of the total of the agreed price. The total amount of the entire stay must be paid within 30 days from the arrival.
Cancellation policy:
– Within 30 days from the arrival, paying an amount equal to 30 % of the amount of the reservation;
– Within 21 days from the arrival, paying an amount equal to 60 % of the amount of the reservation;
– Within 14 days from the arrival there will be no refund.
